4rooms Property began in 2016 with just a handful of properties to manage and 1 staff member, today almost 5 years later we have 5 full time staff members and we look after hundreds of properties throughout the Adelaide region. Why are we called 4rooms? well pretty much all you need is 4rooms and a kitchen when you are looking for a house to rent!
In January we sadly said goodbye to one of our Property Managers Rebel Jenkins who has been with us for the last 3 years, she has embarked on a new job in a new industry. We have now welcomed 2 new experienced Property Managers into the team in Valeria Tulic and Artur Migas. So who makes up our team now?
Paul Haigh – Owner – General Manager who manages new clients and looks after the day to day business of 4rooms Property. Paul comes from a travel management background working as a regional manager in South Australia and the Northern Territory for almost 20 years. Along with travelling (not right now though) Paul has a huge passion for property investment and management. Having completed a subdivision several years ago as well as purchasing new properties to rent he knows the ins and outs of having a property ready to rent.
Paul recognises the best form of advertising is word of mouth and strives to do the best job possible for landlords and tenants alike. Paul ensures that 4rooms Property as a company always acts diligently and maintains the highest possible service standards, morals and ethics when dealing with all involved parties.
Yvette Sinclair-Haigh – Owner – Administrator who looks after the keys and handover process and day to day finances. Yvette like Paul has a passion for Property. Yvette also comes from a travel background and would prefer to call the rolling hills of Tuscany home. Yvette manages the day to day nitty gritty side of managing property including organising properties for handover to tenants, taking care of all the property bills liaising with tenants, owners and maintenance.
Deb Chapman – Senior Property Manager – Northern Adelaide Properties stretching from Campbelltown to Mawson Lakes to Munno Para, she’s the Lady of the North. Deb started her real estate career in 2001 and has worked as a property manager all over Adelaide including some regional areas. This certainly gives her a unique edge and notable experience in the industry. Deb came to 4Rooms In January last year with an inexhaustible passion for property management. What she loves best is helping people and providing them with the best service possible. In her spare time she enjoys the rolling hills and views from her Adelaide hills Property. Deb’s friendly mature approach, combined with exceptional knowledge of the industry and excellent communication skills ensures a quality experience whether owning or renting a property.
Valeria Tulic – Senior property Manager – Eastern and Southern properties from Walkerville to Burnside to Seaford Rise – she loves a ride on the Southern expressway, With a successful business and people management background Valeria brings extensive industry knowledge along with a proven track record in establishing positive, mutually respectful relationship building, establishing her as a confident and reliable Property Manager. Having worked in both sales and property management since 2015 she has an unrelenting approach to ensuring client satisfaction and success. In her spare time Valeria likes nothing more than floating around in the pool with a good book. A dedicated work ethic, Valeria prides herself on the quality of her service and the belief that open communication and customer satisfaction are the core principles of building long standing and rewarding relationships
Artur Migas – Senior Property Manager – Takes Care of the City centre, north Adelaide and the Western suburbs he loves the Westlife! – Art comes from a background in residential sales and property management working all over Adelaide for the last 5 years. He is passionate about property, has a keen eye for detail and actively nurture’s tenant/owner relationships. Currently he is renovating his own home and looks forward to growing his own property portfolio in the future. Art stepped back from sales to focus on his true love of Property management and has enthusiastically stepped into 4rooms property knowing that is their only focus.
